SaferChoice approval of H-Quest and T-Det products for CleanGredients listing.

Kansas City, Kansas – Harcros Chemicals Inc. is pleased to announce the SaferChoice approval various H-Quest chelating agents and T-Det® surfactants. SaferChoice is an elective evaluation program that works with the manufacturer to develop safer high-performance chemical products.

With applications as a concrete additive, and in alkaline metal cleaning, metal finishing, heavy duty metal cleaners, and alkaline bottle cleaning the H-Quest products are high-performance, eco-friendly, chelants.  H-Quest L-50, H-Quest L-50 LA (Liquid Grades), H-Quest C-100 (Crystalline grade), Calcium glucoheptonate 38% all met the strict environmental standards to achieve a ‘full green circle’, which can be viewed on www.cleangredients.com.

Harcros also received approval for three of their high-performance surfactants broad-range surfactants, T-Det® A 267, T-Det® A 269 and T-Det® A 2623. In addition to this, T-Det® A 267 NR and T-Det® A 26-4.5 NR both of which are narrow-range ethoxylates based a patented catalyst and process these high-efficiency products reduce the amount of product required while giving various benefits such as lower odor, and irritation.
