CEO

W. Michael Miller  is an accomplished professional with a proven track record of success in the field of sales and management. With over 28 years of experience, Mike has consistently achieved outstanding results and has been recognized for exceptional leadership and strategic decision-making.  Starting as a sales representative in 1995, Mike quickly made significant contributions to the organization by developing and successfully managing a thriving territory for the next 17 years. This tenure showcased Mike’s exceptional sales skills but also demonstrated a strong ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.

In 2012, Mike was promoted to the role of District Manager for the Memphis, TN. facility and played a pivotal role in leading the Memphis facility to unprecedented years.

Further advancing his career, a promotion to Regional Manager in 2015, where Mike took over several key accounts for Harcros, and successfully oversaw the  Little Rock, Vicksburg, and Nashville facilities. In 2017, Mike embarked on a new and exciting venture leading the development of Harcros Rivergate, a division specializing in transloading and unique logistical solutions. This innovative project underscored Mike’s ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion and diversification.

In 2024, Mike was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Harcros. This significant promotion illustrated Harcros’ recognition of Mike’s leadership, vision of growth, and commitment to innovation. With a comprehensive understanding of sales, management, and operations, Mike continues to be a driving force behind Harcros’  unwavering commitment to excellence.

CEO, Mark HamiltonMARK LOETHEN

VP & CFO

Mr. Loethen joined Harcros in 1985. He has held numerous financial management roles, including Financial Planning Manager and Controller. Mr. Loethen was appointed to his current position on May 1, 2012. Mr. Loethen holds a BS in Accounting from Northeast Missouri State University and an MBA from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.

VP & GM, DISTRIBUTION

Mr. Morgan joined Harcros in 2003 as District Manager in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Morgan became a Regional Manager in 2007 and was responsible for six facilities. Mr. Morgan was promoted to his current position in 2012. Prior to Harcros, he held several positions at Brenntag SE. Mr. Morgan holds a degree in Marketing with a minor in Economics from Southern Arkansas University.

CEO, Mark HamiltonRANDY BUCKNER

VP GLOBAL MANUFACTURING

Mr. Buckner is Vice President, Global Manufacturing and a member of the Executive Committee and Leadership Team for Harcros Chemicals, Inc. Based in Tampa, FL, he has P&L responsibility for Harcros’ manufacturing businesses with two plants in the United States and five in India.

While working in the Surfactants industry for thirty-eight years, he has held a variety of technical and commercial roles. During his twelve-year tenure with Harcros, he has held the positions of Commercial Director, Technical Director, VP and General Manager for the Kansas City alkoxylation business, and currently Vice President, Global Manufacturing.

Randy Buckner has an ACS accredited B.S. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of WI – Parkside and an MBA concentrating in General Management from Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, IL.

VP HUMAN RESOURCES

Ms. Palermo, Harcros’ Vice President of Human Resources, has been involved in the human resource industry for 32 years, starting in 1992 as a generalist. In September 2000, she was hired as an Assistant Human Resources Manager and then promoted to Benefits Manager. She was promoted to Director of Human Resources in 2022, then to Vice President of Human Resources in 2023. She has a Bachelor of Human Resources Management degree.

CEO, Mark HamiltonJARED REIGLE

GLOBAL DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & SALES

Mr. Reigle is Director of Marketing and a member of the Executive Committee and Leadership Team for Harcros Chemicals Inc. Based in Kansas City, Kansas, Harcros’ corporate headquarters, he is responsible for Harcros’ global business development strategy, key global/corporate accounts division, technical marketing team, and digital/e-commerce platforms.

Throughout his tenure at Harcros, he has held a variety of roles across the globe. Reigle started his career with Harcros in China, where he was brought on to help with the development and start-up of an equity joint venture. He then moved into a role responsible for marketing and business development for Asia-Pacific. From 2015 – 2018, he was responsible for the development of channel partners outside of N. America and supporting key-global accounts. Most recently, he held the role of Commercial Manager – International Manufacturing and was involved in the acquisition and integration of multiple companies by Harcros in India.

Reigle is on the Advisory Board for Women in Chemicals, a non-profit dedicated to empowering women in the chemical industry. He is Vice President of Development and a member of the Board of Directors for the Earthshine Institute, and a Member of The Explorers Club based in New York City.

Jared Reigle holds a B.S. in International Business & Finance from Southeastern University, certificates in risk management and leadership from National Outdoor School of Leadership (NOLS) and is currently pursuing an M.B.A from Duke University – Fuqua School of Business.

CEO, Mark HamiltonWADE CHRISTENSEN

VP OPERATIONS

Mr. Christensen is Vice President of Operations and a member of the Executive Leadership Team for Harcros Chemicals, Inc.  Based in Denver, CO, he has operational oversight of 28 Harcros Distribution locations. He also manages the Operations Team that focuses on NACD Responsible Distribution, Quality Management, and other key safety/efficiency initiatives for the company.

Wade has worked in chemical distribution for his entire 33 year career.  He started his career with Ashland Chemical where he held various sales roles in the Industrial/Paint and Coatings, Food, and Environmental Waste market segments.

During his 27 year career with Harcros Chemicals he served as District Manager for 11 years and as a Regional Manager for 13 years.  He has been in his current role as VP of Operations since 2021.

Wade holds BA degrees in Business Management/Psychology from Luther College in Decorah, IA.  Additionally, he has an MBA from the University of Colorado.

Mr. Gripp started at Harcros in 1982 as a cost accountant, and eventually became our inventory control manager. As part of our purchasing department, he held a variety of roles in purchasing, logistics, and material management. Since joining the company more than 40 years ago, Steve has been involved in the development and implementation of our ERP systems.  In 1979, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Kansas.

VP Risk Management and Safety, Jack Cleary

JACK CLEARY

VP RISK MANAGEMENT & REGULATORY AFFAIRS

Mr. John (“Jack”) Cleary joined Harcros in 2012 as Vice President of Environmental Affairs. Mr. Cleary was promoted to his current role in April 2015. Prior to joining Harcros, he was a Senior Project Manager for Philips Electronics North America for over 20 years where he managed a portfolio of discontinued operations performing environmental investigations and remediation of properties under Superfund and other governmental programs. Prior to his employment with Philips, he worked for Woodward-Clyde Consultants, an environmental and geotechnical consulting firm working on foundation projects and environmental remediation. Mr. Cleary holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and holds a Professional Engineering license in Kansas. Mr. Cleary is also on the Board of Directors of the Air and Waste Management Association for the Mid-West Section.

 

Bill Meyer, VP Information Systems at Harcros

BILL MEYER

VP INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Mr. Meyer is Vice President of Information Systems and a member of the Executive Committee and Leadership Team for Harcros Chemicals Inc.  Bill is based in Kansas City, Kansas at Harcros’ corporate headquarters.

Bill has 30+ years of experience in information technology and telecommunications.  More than 4 years were spent in consulting with Accenture/Andersen Consulting.   Following this was more than 22 years leading IT & Telecom for Cereal Food Processors (flour milling).  Next was slightly under 7 years leading IT & Telecom for The Monarch Cement Company.

Bill holds a B.S. in Computer Science and B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kansas.

Mr. Hamilton, retired CEO of Harcros, joined the company in 2016 as Vice President and General Manager of the Organics division. Prior to joining Harcros, he was employed by Buckman Laboratories International, Inc. where he held numerous positions in supply chain operations over 21 years. Most recently, Mr. Hamilton was Vice President of Global Supply Chain and served on the executive leadership team at Buckman Laboratories. Mr. Hamilton holds BA, MA degrees in Fine Arts from Montclair State University and is a lifetime Certified Purchasing Manager as granted by the Institute of Supply Chain Management.

CEO, Mark HamiltonDANIELLE MONTESANO

Ms. Montesano joined Duff & Phelps in 2018. She is a managing director in the Corporate Finance and ESOP/ERISA Advisory Services practice and is based in the Chicago office.

Danielle has more than 20 years of experience working with corporate acquisition and sale transactions involving restructuring, valuing and financing public and private securities.  She has expertise in matters involving employee ownership, corporate governance, valuation, ERISA, tax, compliance, executive compensation and employer securities.

Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Danielle was Executive Vice President of the Fiduciary Advisory Group at First Bankers Trust Services. Danielle began her career practicing benefit and tax law and developed an expertise in ERISA fiduciary matters associated with structuring, implementing and governing Employee Stock Ownership Plans across a variety of industry verticals.

Danielle holds a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.  She formerly chaired the Legislative and Regulatory Committee of The ESOP Association and is a member of the Advisory Board of Employee-Owned S‐Corporations of America.
